📍 This job requires relocation to Greece. Once there, you work fully from home — we cover your flight and hotel and help you find a place to live.

Salary & package

• €1,300 gross per month, paid 14 times a year
• Performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary
• Meal voucher card worth up to €100

What you'll do

• Support travellers and accommodation partners of a major global travel platform by phone, email and messaging
• Handle reservations, changes, cancellations, payments and refunds
• Deal with complaints calmly and find the right solution
• Work mainly in German, with some English when needed

What you need

• German at C1 level or higher and English at B2 or higher
• Good computer skills and basic troubleshooting
• Calm, empathetic and comfortable handling complaints
• Able to complete an intensive 3-week training programme in English
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or travel is a plus, not required
