What we're looking for

• Danish C2 English B2
• High school diploma
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Salary

€1,350 gross/month, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months

Benefits

• Uncapped performance bonus based on cases handled (€0.15 per case/average €250–€300/month)

Relocation support

• Relocation support for candidates moving to Cyprus
• Option to receive €1,500 when arranging own accommodation
• Alternative relocation option with flight reimbursement up to €300 and company accommodation for up to two months
