A working week in Paris, France, in French. 1500€ + comission.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics, approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience, understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products, demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively, build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities, and work towards individual and team sales targets.

Less often, you'll also maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards, work full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00, and be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with french B2 or above, english B2 or above, energetic, positive, confident, and highly motivated, strong communication and people skills, sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills, comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment, and previous sales, retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required.

• Paris, France three apartments rented in Paris. They are all located around 30–40 minutes away from the shops. The rooms are shared, usually with one other person, so there are two people per room. €17 per day, which is deducted directly from the commission. There are no additional utility costs — water, internet, electricity, etc. are all included. Regarding the accommodation conditions for self-employed workers, the first month’s rent is free
• Contract progression: Candidates start with a 3-month fixed-term contract. After review, the contract may be extended, converted into a permanent contract with a salary increase, or, for top performers, moved to an independent commission-based role.
