📍 This job is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation is required — we help you move and accommodation is provided.

Salary & package

• €1,350 gross per month with accommodation provided
• €1,609 gross per month if you arrange your own housing
• Holiday and Christmas allowances, plus a meal allowance
• Health insurance from day one

What you'll do

• Support small and medium-sized businesses using self-service online advertising tools, by phone, email and chat
• Help clients with account setup, product questions and troubleshooting
• Show advertisers how to use the tools to get better results from their campaigns
• Spot recurring issues and feed customer insights back to the product teams

What you need

• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written, and good English for internal communication
• Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
• A clear, professional and customer-focused way of communicating
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience is a plus, not required
