A typical day

You'll spend most of it on handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance, manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution, provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services, accurately update customer and case information in internal systems, ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience, and meet established service and quality standards.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native/C2 Dutch or Flemish, english B2/C1 or above, strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, good computer literacy, and previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.

The money

1400€ x 14 + €2,000 signing bonus

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

Who you'd work for

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, giving you your weekends free.
