The role

German-speaking Customer Advisor for the Commerzbank project with our client, supporting customers via phone and internal systems while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: Mon–Sun, rotational shifts between 09:00–23:00 In short: ■ Customer support + problem-solving + phone-based communication within a fast-paced customer experience environment.

Day to day that means german-speaking Customer, advisor for the Commerzbank project with our client, supporting customers via phone and internal systems while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: Mon–Sun, rotational shifts between 09:00–23:00, and in short: ■ Customer support + problem-solving + phone-based communication within a fast-paced customer experience environment.

What you need

• Comfortable using multiple systems with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-focused mindset
• Proven customer support or client-facing experience with strong call handling skills
• Native/fluent German, with good command in English

The rest of the package
