A typical day

You'll spend most of it on our client is an offshore forex/CFD broker offering MT5 trading in forex, crypto, commodities, metals and indices. They promote low deposits, high leverage (up to 1:1000+), and global access. NOTE: salary might be increased at the end of the probation period & related to the candidate’s performance. Remote customer support role with sales exposure for an offshore FX/CFD broker. The position involves assisting clients, handling account-related queries, supporting MT5 users and promoting company services while contributing to retention and conversions.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluency in Thai (native or near-native) + English C1, good customer-service & sales skills, previous experience working for FX brokers is mandatory (either in sales, CS or both). Candidate needs to posses some kind of sales experience (even if upsell/cross-sell), and remote-work readiness + self-management — The role is under Services Agreement / B2B contract.
