About the role

CloserHire is proud to support a global leader in the BPO industry as they expand their Danish-speaking Customer Service team for one of the world’s most iconic technology brands – the largest search engine globally. Join an international team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, e-commerce, software, hardware, and connectivity.

What you will do

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms
• Handle pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support requests
• Maintain a consistent and professional tone across all communication channels
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of support tickets
• Manage your individual ticket queue and adhere to service level expectations
• Contribute to content quality by reviewing help materials and suggesting improvements

What we are looking for

• Fluent Danish(C1) and good English (B2) Based in Lisbon or open to relocating
• Previous experience in customer service or a BPO setting is a plus
• Comfortable working with computers and common support platforms
• Quick problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends or shift rotations

Salary

1500€ x 14 (gross)

Relocation support

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
