The role

Customer Service Representative role with a confidential gaming project focused on customer support, platform assistance and technical troubleshooting for Nordic-speaking users. Model: On-site – Larnaca, Cyprus Working Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, shifts within approximately 09:00–19:30 In short: ■ Gaming support + Nordic languages + technical customer service

Day to day that means customer Service, representative role with a confidential gaming project focused on customer support, platform assistance and technical troubleshooting for Nordic-speaking users. What you need

  • Available to work on-site in Larnaca
  • Clean criminal and financial record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Completed secondary education
  • Native/fluent Norwegian English B2+
