About the role
A Customer Support role with our client supporting the Google T3 DEVV project, focused on assisting Russian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality customer experience within a fast-paced tech support environment. Standard Monday–Friday shifts between 07:00–19:00 based at Lagoas Park in Oeiras.
What you'll do

- Russian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality customer experience within a fast-paced tech support environment. Standard
- Monday–Friday shifts between 07:00–19:00 based at Lagoas Park in Oeiras
What we're looking for
- Fluent Polish + strong English able to handle customer interactions clearly and professionally across phone, chat, and email
- Experience in customer support or operations, capable of troubleshooting issues, following processes, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in shifts 7AM-7PM M-F
Salary
1050 EUR (w room)-1,306.67 EUR (w/out room) (gross)

Relocation support
