About the role

Country Manager (New Zealand) - Remote as long as it is within NZ. Role leading market growth, brand expansion, and commercial performance for a global B2C online gaming business across the New Zealand market. The position focuses heavily on acquisition marketing, partnerships, local strategy, and driving market presence within a regulated environment. This will effectively be the first person on the ground in New Zealand, playing a key role in supporting licence acquisition and becoming the primary market lead for our client in the region. Strong fit for an experienced iGaming commercial leader with deep understanding of the NZ market, player acquisition, compliance, and brand growth within regulated gaming. Will be Consultant role (able to invoice for services) We prefer an online casino contact we can consider relocating employees, maybe New Zealanders who are interested in returning back to NZ with igaming experience.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in senior marketing or commercial leadership roles
• 3+ years within B2C online gaming (Casino) / iGaming in New Zealand
• Strong understanding of the NZ media and advertising landscape
• Experience launching brands and scaling market growth
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing large ATL and performance marketing budgets
• Leadership experience with strong autonomy and ownership mindset
