A working week in Europe (remote), in English. 90-120€/ hour.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs, perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial, services – Policy Management), work closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation, and guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration.

Less often, you'll also support light development activities where required, including debugging, enhancements, and rules configuration, ensure alignment across product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and surrounding systems, and support integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FS-PM Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture, solid FS-PM configuration experience, strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally, life and/or P&C Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions, english C1 ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage, experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly desirable, and experience with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a strong advantage.
