In this role, you will provide pre- and post-purchase customer support via email, voice, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and general account questions, ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience. Day to day that means handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels, provide professional support for pre- and post-purchase questions, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions, ensure timely and courteous responses to customer requests, collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency, and follow company policies and procedures while providing customer support.
What you need to bring
- Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
- Comfortable handling multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- French (C1/C2) both written and spoken
- Fluent
Moving there
