CloserHire is partnering with a leading global professional services company to recruit Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Operations Engineers for its growing Cloud Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Join an international team designing, building, and managing cloud-native and hybrid platforms that support global enterprise operations. This is an excellent opportunity for cloud professionals who are passionate about Google Cloud technologies and want to work on challenging migration, automation, and infrastructure projects

Day to day that means design, build, secure, and manage cloud-native and hybrid platforms, deploy customer environments within managed cloud platforms following established standards and best practices, deliver cloud advisory and engineering services to enterprise clients, contribute to the implementation of technical strategies and product roadmaps, develop solutions that align with enterprise security, compliance, and data integrity standards, collaborate with international teams across multiple functions and regions, and support cloud operations by identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating technical challenges when necessary.

What you need to bring

• Azure is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or Agile methodologies is considered an advantage Experience with Microsoft
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and collaborate effectively within international teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Management, Networking, Backup, and Configuration Management
• Experience with containerized environments and cloud-native technologies Understanding of Identity
• Knowledge of automation scripting, DevOps practices, and CI/CD concepts
