The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced customer support team assisting players with account inquiries, platform navigation, and technical troubleshooting. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting users in the Danish market.

Day to day that means deliver high-quality customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels, assist customers with account-related inquiries and platform navigation, troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions, resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience, accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions, escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required, and follow company procedures, quality standards, and data security policies.

What you need to bring

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact center environment is an advantage
  • Good command of English

To get you on the ground: relocation support for candidates moving to Cyprus, option to receive €1,500 when arranging own accommodation, and alternative relocation option with flight reimbursement up to €300 and company accommodation for up to two months.
