A typical day

You'll spend most of it on customer service role focused on handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including calls, emails, chats and messaging platforms. The position involves supporting customers with account-related queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of service quality within a structured BPO environment. The role is based in Greece with both on-site relocation options and remote flexibility depending on candidate profile. Due to the nature of the project, we can only consider candidates over the age of 21, model: On-site (Athens, Greece) / Remote option available Working, schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (fixed shift), in short: ■ Customer support + Maltese language support + CRM-based service environment in a BPO setup, and the fee for this roles will be 3000€ per placement.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native or near-native Maltese speaker, good command of English, strong communication and active listening skills, customer service mindset, ability to work fixed weekday shifts (10:00–18:00), and due to the nature of the project, we can only consider candidates over the age of 21.

The money

1,350 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross)

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
