A typical day

You'll spend most of it on review and moderate content according to established community safety guidelines, manage content moderation queues accurately and efficiently, respond to player safety concerns and take appropriate action, enforce platform policies and community standards consistently, identify and report emerging safety trends, risks, and patterns, and escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.

Less often, you'll also collaborate with senior, trust & Safety team members, contribute to creating a safe and positive environment for players worldwide, and review potentially sensitive or emotionally challenging content as part of your daily responsibilities.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken, good understanding of online gaming communities and digital platforms, genuine interest in gaming, online safety, and content moderation, strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent decisions based on established policies, comfortable working with technology and digital tools Experience with Google, workspace is an advantage, and good awareness of current pop culture and online trends.
