Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

The role

An on-site Customer Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Bytedance GEC CS project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad. The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked

What you need

• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+)

The rest of the package

You also get complexity bonus of €100 Health insurance, meal allowance 7.63€ /day, and we are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of October. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
