About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Experts for a well-established global consumer technology account. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused individuals with an interest in technology to join an international support team and assist customers with a wide range of consumer products. What you'll do

• Provide customer care and technical support to German-speaking customers
• Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls, email and live chat
• Support customers with product setup, installation and configuration
• Troubleshoot technical issues and error codes
• Guide customers through product settings and functionality
• Handle repair-related requests and after-sales enquiries
• Provide pre-sales support by helping customers compare products and find solutions suited to their needs
• Perform back-office tasks related to customer cases
• Identify relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems and tools

What we're looking for

• German at C1 level or higher
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer orientation
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with multiple digital tools and systems Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not required
• Interest in consumer technology and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Salary

1300€ x 14

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
