The work

The role centres on handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and empathy. Provide guidance on products and technical support, assisting users with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements in accordance with company policy. Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and proactive communication. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Pay

1300€ x 14 year

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.

The company covers 2 weeks hotel + flight paid + real estate agency support to find place to stay, notes: Candidate needs a couple of documents, most notably a BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
