A typical day

You'll spend most of it on support customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving product- and service-related inquiries, advise customers on the proper use of household appliances, handle complaints professionally by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions, follow up on cases to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction, assist with refunds, exchanges, and order placement, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with premium brand standards.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluent, french (spoken and written) Good, english skills for internal communication and training, previous experience in customer support or troubleshooting is a plus, strong communication and active listening skills, comfortable using basic digital tools and systems, and customer-focused mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
