Job Description:
A working week in Limassol, Cyprus, in English. 33,600 EUR per year (gross).
A typical day
You'll spend most of it on marketing Technology, developer role focused on building and optimising digital marketing systems, automation tools, and customer engagement platforms. The position sits between marketing and development, with a strong focus on creating and maintaining email/templates and improving campaign scalability and performance. HTML and CSS are absolutely critical for this role, making it best suited to someone coming from a Front End Development or Marketing, and development background with experience supporting marketing teams, email campaigns, landing pages, and customer communications. Works with small team of 2 and wider team of up to 28 members reporting into Deputy Head and Head of internal marketing.
Would you fit?
We're looking for someone with strong HTML/CSS experience for email and marketing development, exposure to CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools, understanding of system integrations, tracking technologies, and data workflows, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, and excellent organisation and communication skills.
