📍 This job is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation is required — permanent accommodation is provided.

Salary & package

• €1,391.83 gross per month if you arrange your own housing
• €1,059.34 gross per month with a room provided

What you'll do

• Support Italian content creators by chat, email and phone
• Help them use the platform's tools, guidelines and policies correctly
• Follow complex cases through to a clear resolution
• Share recurring issues with internal teams to improve the product

What you need

• Italian at C2 level, spoken and written, and English at B2 or above
• An interest in social media, content creation or technology
• Empathy, clear communication and good attention to detail
• Experience in customer support or digital services is a plus
