The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global consulting and technology organization to recruit an experienced SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant for a highly specialized insurance transformation project in Denmark. This is a B2B contract opportunity, initially for 3 months with the possibility of renewal, working 09:00–18:00 CET. Candidates can be based across Europe, with a preference for professionals located in Scandinavia. The role is ideal for an SAP FS-PM expert who

Day to day that means lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs, perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial, services – Policy Management), work closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation, guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration, and support light development activities where required, including debugging, enhancements, and rules configuration.

What you need to bring

• Ability to work independently within a senior, client-facing consulting environment
• Previous experience in large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly desirable
• English C1 ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage
• Life and/or P&C Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally
