About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a premium consumer products project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international customer service team supporting customers across multiple communication channels. You’ll assist with product inquiries, order management, and post-sales support while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What you'll do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries
• Handle post-sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution
• Deliver accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
• Collaborate with international teams to provide seamless customer support
• Contribute to maintaining service quality and achieving team performance goals

What we're looking for

• Native-level fluency in French
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment

Salary

1100EUR base salary (x14) + meal

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
