The job itself

A Customer Support role with our client supporting the Google T3 DEVV project, focused on assisting Russian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality customer experience within a fast-paced tech support environment. Standard Monday–Friday shifts between 07:00–19:00 based at Lagoas Park in Oeiras.

Day to day that means A Customer, support role with our client supporting the Google T3 DEVV project, focused on assisting, russian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality customer experience within a fast-paced tech support environment. Standard, and monday–Friday shifts between 07:00–19:00 based at Lagoas Park in Oeiras.

What you need to bring

• Ability to work in shifts 7AM-7PM M-F
• Experience in customer support or operations, capable of troubleshooting issues, following processes, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Polish + strong English able to handle customer interactions clearly and professionally across phone, chat, and email

Moving there

To get you on the ground: if more than 100 km: airport pick up + room 300 EUR + travel costs cover after 9th month, yearly flight home.
