• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FS-PM Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture
• Solid FS-PM configuration experience
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally
• Life and/or P&C Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions
• English C1 ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage
• Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly desirable
• Experience with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in large-scale transformation programmes

The work

The role centres on lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs, perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial, services – Policy Management), work closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation, and guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration.
