📍 This job requires relocation to Greece. Once there, you work from home — we cover your flight and hotel and help you find a place to live.

Salary & package

• €1,045.72 gross per month, paid 14 times a year
• Monthly performance bonus of up to €150

What you'll do

• Handle calls, emails and messages from customers with professionalism and empathy
• Help with product setup, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Process warranty claims, repairs and replacements
• Recommend the right products for each customer's needs

What you need

• Fluent Italian, spoken and written, and good English
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A genuine interest in technology and helping people
• Customer or technical support experience is a plus, not required
