About the role

CloserHire is collaborating with one of the worldwide leading BPO companies for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their German-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia and there are day shift and night shift options.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel
• Find solutions for flight, hotels, train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips
• Utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance
• Be extremely polite and professional to high-level customers, representing the organization formidably
• Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms

What we're looking for

• Based in Sofia or willingness to relocate
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening. Full Fluency in German, both written and verbal (C1)
• Working level of English (B2)
• Previous experience working in the travel, airline, hospitality, or business travel industry is mandatory
• Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• High school education

Salary

€2,000 per month (gross)
