The job itself
Customer Service Representative role with a confidential gaming project focused on customer support, platform assistance and technical troubleshooting for Nordic-speaking users. Model: On-site – Larnaca, Cyprus Working Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, shifts within approximately 09:00–19:30 In short: ■ Gaming support + Nordic languages + technical customer service
Day to day that means customer Service, representative role with a confidential gaming project focused on customer support, platform assistance and technical troubleshooting for Nordic-speaking users. Model: On-site – Larnaca, Cyprus Working, schedule: 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, shifts within approximately 09:00–19:30, and in short: ■ Gaming support + Nordic languages + technical customer service.
What you need to bring
- Available to work on-site in Larnaca
- Clean criminal and financial record
- Basic computer skills
- Completed secondary education
- Native/fluent Norwegian English B2+
Moving there
To get you on the ground: relocation support for candidates moving to Cyprus, option to receive €1,500 when arranging own accommodation, alternative relocation option with flight reimbursement up to €300 and company accommodation for up to two months, and first month of company accommodation free, second month €100.
