What you'll earn in Portugal
1100EUR base salary (x14) plus 150EUR fix Salary / bonus 100EUR monthly performance bonus on top language bonus + meal allowance (7EUR based on results EUR daily)
Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

The role
CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to search for enthusiastic French-speaking Travel Advisors to join their Lisbon operations. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding support via chat, email, and phone for customers in the travel and booking sector. You’ll handle queries, reservations, and adjustments, ensuring every customer experience is smooth and positive. You’ll also enjoy a structured onboarding program, including a six-week nesting period with guided coaching to set
Day to day that means respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone. Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments. Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally. Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication. Follow internal procedures and quality standards. Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights. Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
What you need
- Excel and reporting/data visualization skills. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Availability to work rotating shifts and rotating days off is required. Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred Advanced
- Ability to work on site in Lisbon city center
- French speaker with B2 English skills
